You may follow the steps listed below to add new products in your dashboard.
From the dashboard, go to Products > My Products
You can view all the products you have added in this window.
To add a new product, click on the Add Product Button on the top right corner of the page.
From the “PRODUCTS” tab, you can select the product required.
There will be an option to “CHOOSE COLOR” from where you can select all the colour variants required.
All the size variants available for the product will be shown automatically.
To add any text design in your design, you can choose the text, font, size and colour from “TEXT” tab.
You can upload all your designs from system or upload design from Google drive directly from “My Gallery” tab.
The uploaded designs will be available for selection unless it is deleted from database.
If the same designs are used for multiple products, for example, if an oversized tshirt and regular tshirt have same prints, the design can be saved as a layout and selected from “LAYOUTS” tab.
There won’t be requirement to upload and resize the designs again.
Additionally, there are multiple artworks created by YourDesign Store, which are free for use.
These can be selected from “ART” tab.
You can use “DOWNLOAD MOCK UP” option to download a zip file with mock-up of all colour variants.
Once all designs are uploaded, you can select “SAVE AND ENTER DETAILS” button on top right corner to save the product.
Product Name - The name given here will be the product name displayed in your store /Commmerce website.
Description - The description could be anything from a story behind the design to just specifications of the blank product. You can style your text using the different options provided.
Mock Up - You may add the mock-up image for display here. The mock-up image is not only displayed to customers, but it also helps our production team understand the placement of your designs for customization.
Your Cost - The cost of the product will be automatically calculated under “Your Cost”.
The quoted “Your Cost” from our side will include the following:
Blank Product Price
Customization Charges
Packaging Charges
GST
Pricing - This is the actual price at which the customer buys the product.
You can add your margin and publish the final cost here.
Please note that this would be the amount collected from your customer for COD orders.
Once you save all the changes, your product will be online with all the required details.
Any orders placed for your product can be viewed through the Orders window in the dashboard.
