You may follow the steps listed below to add new products in your dashboard.

You can view all the products you have added and their current status in this window. 

To add a new product, click on the Add Product Button on the top right corner of the page.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Product Name - The name given here will be the product name displayed in your store /OutDo website.

Product Type - You may choose the product you want to customize (the blanks) from the drop down list provided here. Kindly be very careful while selecting the product since the production team will be working based on the product type and not the product name.

For example, if the product name says 180GSM Round Neck T-shirt, but the product type is 220GSM Round Neck T-shirt, the customization will be done on the 220GSM Round Neck T-shirt.

Description - The description could be anything from a story behind the design to just specifications of the blank product. You can style your text using the different options provided.

Size Chart - The default size chart we use can be viewed in our catalog. You are free to upload your custom size chart, but please ensure that the measurements in your chart match our default size chart as well.

Product Image - You may add the mock-up image for display here. The mock-up image is not only displayed to customers, but it also helps our production team understand the placement of your designs for customization.

Please ensure that each image uploaded is under 2MB and in PNG format.

Design Files - As for design specifications, please ensure your design files follow the restraints mentioned below:

• File Format: PNG

• File Size: Maximum 20MB

• Resolution: 300 ppi to 1200 ppi

• Dimension: 14 x 16 inches maximum

Do you have Variants for this Product? - Variants are basically the variations the customers can choose to accommodate in the product. For example, we can provide different colors and sizes for a product. So both color and size are variants.

SKU - The SKU is auto generated. Please do not edit the SKUs under any circumstances.

SKUs are unique codes assigned to each product for identification purposes. Any error in them will result in the dispatch of the wrong product.

PRODUCT VARIANTS

Option Name & Option Values - The variants you want to add can be mentioned here. 

For example, you can add Color as an option name and add the colors you want to choose from under option values.

Please make sure, though, that the variants you supply in option values are also listed in our catalog by carefully reviewing it. An order for a tank top, for instance, will be canceled if the color Green is specified as a variant value (not included in the catalog). 

Variant SKUs - For every variant added by you, a unique SKU will be generated. These SKUs will be listed along with the Variant Options right below.

The first part of the product SKU will be a short form for Brand Name. Next, the product code is mentioned, and then the size and color.

For example, for this tank top by the brand NIVIT, the brand name is shortened to “NVT”. “MR” stands for maroon color, and size is chosen as small.

It is suggested to go through the variant SKUs once to confirm the variant options and SKUs generated matches.

SEO - SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (Only for Outdo and Partner Stores)

Meta Title, Meta Keywords, & Meta Description - You may add here any details you feel are relevant for your product. Please note that this portion is optional with regard to us.

URL - You may ignore this area, as the store URL is auto-generated. This area is specifically for partners who require a store under the YourDesign Store website.

After re-checking all the details, you may go ahead and click Get Pricing.

And Voila! You have just added your first product!

GET PRICING 

After clicking on Get Pricing, you will be redirected back to the Products window, where you can see your product awaiting status.

This means that the product has been added and is currently waiting for YourDesign Store to verify the details and update the YDS commission for the product. 

The quoted YDS commission from our side will include the following:

• Blank Product Price

• Customization Charges

• Packaging Charges

• GST

Meanwhile, if you notice any errors or want to make any changes to the product, you can use the edit button shown near the product status.

Once the commission has been updated, the product will be accepted. You can see the YDS commission for each variant under Product Variants.

Or you can use bulk updates to update the price of all products at once. 

Using bulk commission updates, you can update the original price and the selling price.

Selling Price (Only for Outdo and Partner Stores) - This is the actual price at which the customer buys the product.

Original Price (Only for Outdo and Partner Stores) - The original price is optional to fill out. Basically, if you’d like to show that a product of Rs. 649 (original price) is being sold at Rs. 549 (selling price), you can add it here.

Once you save all the changes, your product will be online with all the required details.

Any orders placed for your product can be viewed through the Orders window in the dashboard.
