The wallet is a feature used to initiate seamless transactions and improve transparency.
For every product customized by us, we calculate an amount the partner needs to pay, called the YourDesign Store Commission. This commission is deducted from the wallet of the partner when an order is placed for their products, irrespective of whether the payment is online or cash on delivery. The order will be accepted only if there is sufficient balance in the wallet.
The YDS commission will be auto-deducted from the wallet when an order is accepted. When your customer pays with cash on delivery, the amount they pay will be credited to your wallet.
To guarantee that your orders are processed promptly, please ensure your wallet has a minimum balance for orders to be processed. Orders placed with insufficient funds in the wallet will reflect in your dashboard but not be moved to a "processing" status.
Please refer to the steps below for adding money to your wallet:
Access your dashboard.
You will find a wallet symbol on the right side, in the top corner of the tab.
After pressing the wallet symbol, in a new tab, you can see the current balance as well as the history of the last ten transactions.
On the same tab, the space to "Add money to your wallet" will be present.
You may add the amount you would like to recharge and avail of the option to pay using a card, UPI ID, or QR code.
