What should I do when there is a product I want to customize but it is not in the catalog?

As of now, we won’t have stocks of products that are not listed in the catalog. But you can reach out to us through support@yourdesignstore.in and we will get back to you about whether we can add that product or not.

How much do products cost in bulk? Is there a discount?

For bulk orders for printed products, we give discounts starting at 5%. The exact discount can only be estimated once you share the design and quantity. The MOQ for bulk orders is 50 pieces.

What are the branding options?

The branding options we provide you are - Yoke stickers, Packaging Stickers and Hang Tags.

How do I order a sample?

We do not offer free samples.

However, we offer our sellers a 15% discount for placing their sample orders.

We provide you with a discount coupon, using which you can go to www.yourdesignstore.in and place an order for a sample piece.

What packaging does YourDesign Store use?

We use biodegradable brown paper bags to pack your products.

We do not have any plastic components in our packaging.

Will there be any trace of YourDesign Store in the product or packaging?

There will be no trace of YourDesign Store, neither in your product nor in the packaging. We offer you 100% white labeling.

However, the return address will have the address of our warehouse, but the brand name of YourDesign Store won't be visible.

Is YourDesign Store a manufacturer?

We have our production unit based in Bangalore, and we customize the products in our own warehouse. Apart from outsourcing the purchase of fabric, all other processes are in-house. We offer all sellers a factory tour. You can book yours by reaching out to surath@yourdesigntore.in.

What customization methods does YourDesign Store use?

Our default customization is DTG printing. We also do screen printing, embroidery, and eco-solvent vinyl.

But please note that screen printing requires a minimum order quantity of 20 Nos.

YourDesign Store automatically suggests the best customization method based on the design you provide.

We do not undertake DTF printing due to quality concerns.

Can I customize anywhere on the product?

No. Our customization areas are limited. To have a look at our printing size, please go to this link.

Can I send my own branding material?

Yes. You may send your branding materials to our warehouse. For now, we will be sending them with your orders without any added cost.

How is the production cost calculated?

The quoted YDS commission from our side will include the following:

Blank Product Price - Listed in the catalog.
Customization Charges - Printing or Embroidery Cost.
Packaging Charges - We use eco-friendly brown paper bags
5% GST

What is the estimated shipping cost?

The shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight.

Any package under 500 grams is shipped across India at a rate of Rs. 70. For every 500 grams after that, an additional cost of Rs. 60 is added.

Who are your shipping partners?

We use multiple shipping partners based on the delivery location and speed of delivery required.

A few of them are Bluedart, Delhivery, and Smartr.

How long does delivery take?

The standard dispatch time for our products is 48-72 hours.

Based on the delivery address, shipping may take anywhere from 1-4 days.

Can I place rush orders?

Yes. Usually, we consider all your orders to be rush orders. But in case of something that is super urgent, you can reach out to us at support@yourdesignstore.in along with the order ID.

How do I track my orders?

If you have a store hosted on the YourDesign Store website or on Outdo Cart, the tracking ID will be automatically sent to your customers.

In all other cases, you can find your tracking ID on the dashboard, which you can send to your customers.

Does YourDesign Store do international shipping?

We do not do international shipping for now.

Are there any MOQs for the orders?

For DTG and embroidery customization, there is no MOQ.

But for screen printing, there will be an MOQ of 20 nos.

Does YourDesign Store market my products?

We do not, under any circumstances, support you with the marketing of your products. The marketing efforts will be solely yours.

How do I pay YourDesign Store / How do I receive money from YourDesign Store?

We follow the Wallet system for easy and transparent transactions. To learn more about wallets and how you can use them, go to this link.

Is cash on delivery possible?

Yes. Once we receive the amount from your customer, the money will be credited to your wallet.

But please note that an additional COD fee of Rs. 45 will be charged.

How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

You can first send an email to support@yourdesignstore.in regarding the withdrawal and the amount to be withdrawn. We will initiate the transaction from our side and the amount will be credited to your bank account.

Are there any charges for launching a brand with YourDesign Store?

No, there is no such cost involved in launching a new brand with YourDesign Store other than the production charges.

Moreover, the partner stores hosted on the YourDesign Store website are free of charge as well.

What are the specifications for the designs to be customized?

Can YourDesign Store fulfill orders from other websites?

Yes. But for now, we won’t be able to integrate with other sites to automate the process.

You can use the 15% seller's discount coupon that we will give you at www.yourdesignstore.in to place an order. While placing the order, please send an email to support@yourdesignstore.in with the order ID and shipping label so our production team can identify and white-label the products.

Another method is to keep updating an Excel sheet with new orders. This sheet will be linked with our dashboard to directly import the orders to our dashboard.

Since there is no website integration, it will be up to the partners to ensure that orders are manually placed and updated.

Can YourDesign Store fulfill orders from Amazon, Myntra, etc.?

Yes. But for now, we won’t be able to integrate with these sites to automate the process.

Is puff printing possible?

We do puff printing. But there will be an MOQ of 20 Nos.

Can I do my own shipping?

You can do shipping for your own products if you are placing your orders through www.yourdesignstore.in.

All you need to do is specify the address of YourDesign Warehouse as the pick-up location in order to have your products shipped to a particular delivery partner. To ensure that the order is picked up, you can email us the shipping label to attach to the package.

Do you make custom made packaging?

We do not manufacture custom packaging boxes. Our branding options for now are yoke stickers, packaging stickers, and hang tags.

If you would like to use custom packaging, you may send it to our warehouse, and we can use it for packaging purposes.
